The Mission of Capital City Organization Development Network is to advance and
apply organizational development technology to benefit our members across central Ohio. 
Our programs and events provide you with opportunities to network, have fun and learn from other change agents:
  • Early evening meetings with mini-workshops focused on current issues in the field of OD, presented by distinguished colleagues in our region.
  • Bi-monthly informal discussion and experiential sessions on cutting-edge topics, led by members.
  • Periodic workshops presented by a nationally known leaders in the field of leadership development, organizational change, team building, conflict management, etc.
  • Opportunities to meet talented, well connected professionals in your field
  • Affiliation with the OD Network, an international organizational of professionals in the OD field

 Who are members?

  • Organizational change agents - leaders of change initiatives and/or trainers helping others cope with change.  Members interested in learning and exchanging experiences with others and getting the encouragement to continue to pursue difficult change situations. 

     

  • Non-profits - seeking ideas and assistance for moving their organization toward a collective vision and overcoming the problems often encountered in volunteer-centered organizations. 

     

  • Executives - gaining exposure to ideas on how to overcome strategic limitations and move their organization forward in positive ways.

     

  • Students - complementing classroom learning while networking with others already working in the field of organizational development.

     

  • Educators - keeping firmly balanced in practice and gaining exposure to examples that can be used in the classroom.

     

  • Consultants - staying abreast with new knowledge, networking with other consultants and those actively involved in the practice of OD (active solicitation is discouraged and limited to information tables in the back of the room).
