Description: The YWCA Greater Cleveland seeks a full-time Coordinator for the Women's Leadership Initiative to further the YWCA mission of eliminating racism and empowering women. This position coordinates all aspects of the Women's Leadership programs including Leadership Boot Camp, Momentum, Corporate Consulting, Monthly Workshops and Leadership Conference. The Coordinator ensures that programs provide opportunities for women's professional growth and leadership development. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business administration with an organization development concentration, or a bachelor's degree in women's studies preferred.
A minimum of 2-4 years experience in organization development, leadership development, or training.
Experience coordinating program logistics
Compensation and Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience
24 paid vacation/personal/sick days per year plus 9 paid holidays
